Who We Are
The Kings Way Community consists of three condominium associations and a "common areas" trust:
The Kings Way Condominium Trust manages 456 Town Homes, Carriage Homes, and Fairway Homes.
The Heatherwood Trust caters to the independent living senior population with 191 units, offering dining, homemaking, and other services.
The Admiralty Heights Association oversees the original 19 units built in Kings Way.
The Kings Way Trust is comprised of representatives from each of the three associations, managing amenities and common areas shared by all, including open spaces, common buildings like the Clubhouse, Restaurant, Meeting House, Post Office, and Social Center.
The on-site staff from Barkan Management collaborates with the trusts, overseeing day-to-day tasks.
